Greatest College Basketball Coaches of All Times,Last night, I had the privilege of attending the Winged Foot Awards Dinner at the New York Athletic Club. the Winged Foot Award goes to the winning coaches of both the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Tournaments. That means this year’s recipents were, obviously, Rick Pitino and Geno Aruiemma. Two pretty good coaches. Throughout the dinner, they praised each other and there were plenty of references to the greatness of the legendary John Wooden.

I don’t think there’s any question what city is the King of American Sports right now. The Giants are three months removed from their second World Series title in three seasons, and San Francisco has a chance to make it back-to-back championships with a 49ers victory next Sunday. That’s a lot of sick/vacation days that fans in the Bay Area need to use up solely for going to championship parades and a lot of money spent on the ridiculously overpriced t-shirts/hats/DVDs that they simply have to have.

Saving money on energy costs is always a good investment. With winter fast approaching, it is that time of year when families must determine how much they want to spend on energy costs. There are, however, some simple tricks to cut costs while turning up the heat.

I can’t believe we’ve reached the end of 2012 already. It seems like just yesterday that we were watching the Giants beat the Patriots in another classic Super Bowl. Or LeBron’s coming out party.
