How to Change Safari to Internet Explorer or Another Browser
You can change Safari’s User Agent. The user agent is the calling card that a browser uses when it accesses a web site. Changing the user agent means that the browser is announcing itself as something other than Safari saying it is IE for example However changing the user agent does not cause a browser to emulate the other browser. Safari using the IE user agent will still behave as Safari and not as Internet Explorer.
